I am a firm believer in loving what you do.
I knew I wanted to serve my community and I knew I wanted to create a Valuable resource that I could bring as a quality Educator for young children.
I worked in the field since 2011 and share my experience of working with young children throughout San Francisco County.
I went to college at City College of San Francisco and graduated with a AS is Social and Behavioral Sciences. I studied Child Development where I learned about the following: School aged child growth development, orientation to ECE principals, child growth& development, observing & assessing children, early childhood curriculum, Health safety nutrition in ECP, Child family community, supervision and administration of Early childhood centers and infant toddler curriculum. I share experience with working with children with down syndrome, autism, ADHD, and children with PEG. I have certifications in first aid, CPR, and AED.
As I grew in experience I was able to see the difference between private schools and public schools and what I observed while working in both environments; was the ability to see the need for quality educators.
As a mother and educator, I believe so many Mommies out there could use the love, compassion, and empathy I share being a single mom, a educator and DV Survivor.
I created Hill Dreamz for the mothers, survivors, the mothers who lack support, or the mothers who just need help and guidance.
2016 was the year of creation and vision for Hill Dreamz. I wanted to grow and staple my family in legacy, But I didn’t take action until 2021.
In 2021 in the midst of the pandemic, I got pregnant with my second daughter. I was working for the school district and had to make a huge decision on going back to work once mandate was lifted. I had so many concerns about the quality and safety of childcare that putting my daughter in childcare became a difficult decision to make.
I wanted quality childcare, a trustworthy educator and someone who was going to value the safety concerns of COVID. In addition to quality care, I wanted someone who was going to love my daughter as I would and truly love working with children.
I couldn’t believe it took me so long to realize I was more than fit to be my own daughter’s educator. Not only would I be more than qualified But I can offer other family’s quality as well. What a dream come true.
I made the decision to quit my job and open Hill Dreamz Daycare. I realized I had so much to offer, and my daughter would be in great hands. I had all the skills to be a great educator and the passion to keep it alive.
Hill Dreamz is a play-based curriculum program. Although I do not teach a Faith-based program. I will expose children to my faith and belief of God. If it wasn’t for him, I couldn’t have started Hill Dreamz Daycare and provide quality care for you and your families.
I want to pour Love into the families who need help and share my passion for educating children with families.
Hill Dreamz is my steppingstone for something beautiful in the making. A business that is truly created for Black and brown families in need. Hill Dreamz is my foundation of God's glory growing in San Francisco.
My passion for child development and helping families will keep watering this seed of creation to grow and gain the tools to sustain what will be created. Hill Dreamz is a seed of transition into a Childcare Resource center for Women of color & Children who have experienced Domestic Violence and Survivors. The community will have access to the resources for DV Victims and survivors. But I'd like to advocate for the black women and children in the community who have experienced DV. More than 40% of Black women will experience DV in there lifetime. Our community needs Advocates and I want to grow one here in the Bay Area. As a black women who has experienced such devastating circumstances. I can't help but feel like our community needs more advocates, awareness, education and support. And thats all I want to do.
I love my god.
Hill Dreamz didn’t happen by myself, I took the biggest leap of Faith and trusted in God. I believe I am a great educator and have the skills to be great, but nothing prepared me for this. I had to allow my faith in god to lead me. Hill Dreamz was my mustard seed of faith and now I am able to offer quality care for families. Not only do I want to offer quality care but I want to offer resources as I grow. As a educator I am passionate about my babies (clients & Families) and also passionate about families who do not get the support they need as a Domestic Violence Survivors and victims. Id love to grow something in my community and hope that you can share my passion with me. Grow with me and support me as we grow from small In-home daycare to center to Resource Center.
I really have great passion for working with children and wanting more for my community. I'd love to transition to a Non-profit in the future and hope I can offer free resources as I grow.
Take a small step with a really big vision with me.

Hill Dreamz Daycare will use a play-based weekly curriculum that will encourage age-appropriate developmental opportunities for a diverse set of children that are enrolled at our program. We will provide daily activities, toys, and materials appropriate for each child's age level to entertain the child as well as facilitate the child's developmental areas such as fine & gross motor skills, Communication skills, social-emotional skills, language development. Literacy and so Much more! Our aim is to encourage our children to be kindergarten ready but also encourage the space for children to grow independence and explore on their own.
